Setting Upwards Your Email Account in Microsoft Outlook 2010
1. Click the 'File' Tab at the height left of your screen, and so click the 'Add together Business relationship' push
2. On the pop up, cull the choice to manually configure your server settings, and so click the "next" button
3. On the following screen, cull 'Internet E-mail' and click 'Side by side'
4. Enter your business relationship settings as follows:
- Your Name- enter your proper noun here
- Your Electronic mail Address- Enter the email address y'all are going to exist using here (note, information technology must be prepare in your cpanel already)
- Account Type- POP3 works well for most users, nevertheless, our servers also support IMAP connections.
- Incoming & Approachable Mail Servers- enter: mail.yourdomainname.com for both. Supervene upon 'yourdomainname.com with your actual domain proper name.
- Username- Enter your total email address here
- Password- Enter the password that was assigned to your email business relationship when it was set up in cpanel.
- Remember Password- check this option.

5. In the 'more settings' dialogue box, become to the outgoing server tab.
- Bank check off the choice that says "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
- So choose the sub-option that says "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
- Practise not hitting 'ok' however, instead, keep to the advanced settings tab.
vi. Still in the 'more settings' dialogue box, proceed to the 'advanced settings' tab.
- For the incoming server port, enter 110 if yous are using POP3 email. Or enter 143 if you are using IMAP email. (POP3 is the default)
- For the outgoing postal service port, both 25 or 587 will work with our servers, however, many internet service providers block port 25, so we suggest trying port 587 first.
- Click 'OK' to salve your settings and close the 'more settings' dialogue box
7. Click 'next' and then 'cease' to save your business relationship.
If the testing does non work, go back and double check in that location were no typos in your settings.
